Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description (e.g., pre-order or made-to-order items).
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or production delays, shipping times may be extended. Customers will be informed by email in such cases.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Belgium: 1–3 business days

European Union: 3–7 business days

UK, Switzerland, and Norway: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed — in such cases, we cannot issue a refund for the order or shipping.
Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you received the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details so we can assist.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processes, or other external factors.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Shipping Address Errors
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer cannot be refunded.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Once the order has shipped, we can no longer make changes.
