Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Customers within the European Union have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer legislation.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • With all tags, labels, and protective elements attached

  • Returned in the original packaging or equivalent secure packaging

Made-to-order, personalized, or altered items are final sale unless defective.

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Once approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless otherwise stated.

Guarantee & Legal Warranty

All products are covered by the statutory two-year legal warranty under EU law against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with photos and order details. If confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect.


Billing & Payments

Prices listed on our webshop include VAT where applicable according to EU taxation rules.
At checkout, customers will receive a clear breakdown of:

  • Product price(s)

  • VAT (where applicable)

  • Shipping costs

  • Total amount payable

Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the email provided during checkout.
We accept the payment methods displayed on our webshop.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received.


Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped.
Once shipped, the order must be returned following our standard return policy.
